AGM - Legal - CS/LLB (12-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Handling high stake transactions including fund raising, due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, divesture, stake sale etc. and drafting, negotiation and finalization of term sheets, agreements and contracts in this behalf.
2. Providing legal assistance to BD related activities viz. new biddings (including RFPs, RFQs and Concession Agreements).
3. Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing contracts of various streams regarding functions of the company and its joint ventures for development of existing/ new business.
4. Have a process/systems-oriented outlook with the ability to work under pressure and in structured timeframe
5. Provide regular support for day-to-day requirement of the department
Education - LLB plus CS qualification will be an added advantage with 12-15 Years minimum of experience in contracts and corporate & banking laws
