AGM - Human Resources - Real Estate (12-20 yrs)
Note: We are looking for AGM-HR for real estate company based out of pune.Apply only if you have experience in real estate industry.
- Talent Acquisition Understand organizations requirements and prepare manpower planning in consultation with management.
- Design talent acquisition strategy and develop system to attract quality talent in the organization.
- Develop & improve selection process. Ensure on boarding process is completed as per given target.
- Job posting, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference head hunting.
- Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
- Conducting preliminary (Telephonic) interviews in coordination with departmental heads. Make necessary arrangements for all types of interviews (face to face, telephonic, etc.).
- Set up interview panel and conduct interviews. Select candidate matching job requirements. Keep track of recruiting metrics.
- Complete recruitment plan as per manpower schedule. Achieve targets. Do negotiation with candidate as per compensation budget. Finalize candidate in consultation with Management. Give offer to candidate.
- Do background check (BGC) of all selected candidates. Verify the details given by candidate with previous organizations. Record the feedback and share it with management.
- Induction and orientation Design & conduct induction program for all new joiners.
- Check & ensure every HOD's/Manager prepare and share 30 days' plan on day of joining to new joiners. Remind HOD's/Manager to complete 30/60/90 day review within timeline.
- Review performance of new joiners(in HA department) during probation and provide guidance to improve on job performance.
- Performance management system Design job description for all positions. Identify key result areas (KRA)/ Balance Scorecard/ Objectives and Key Results (OKR) from that profile along with competencies for clarity of performance expectations.
- Plan and conduct monthly/quarterly performance appraisals. Compile performance data and submit to management. Ensure performance feedback is given to team members.
- Training and development Identify performance gaps. Convert gaps in to individual development plan. Ensure development plans are completed as per given schedule.
- Understand training needs and design training calendar. Arrange training programs as per calendar.
- Develop tools to measure the training effectiveness. Take appropriate steps to improve learning.
- Team Engagement Communicate updated policies across organisation. Handle grievances of team and provide appropriate solutions.
- Plan and conduct team engagement initiatives to develop sound culture in the organisation. Motivate team and take measures to reduce attrition.
- Arrange & conduct team meetings to maintain cordial relations and improve HA effectiveness.
- Reward and recognition Prepare R & R strategy with HOD. Determine eligibility criteria, award frequency (R&R Rhythm) and the platform for distribution of award.
- Attendance and salary record Collect and check attendance of all team members. Ensure salary should be processed as per schedule.
- Ensure deduction of all statutory compliance (PF/ESI).
- Continual improvement Monitor the ongoing work processes/systems and do the continual improvement to improve performance.
- Administrative support and reporting Maintain all necessary data in the system and provide report to management as and when required.
