- Identify and develop Human Resources' knowledge and competencies through performance appraisals / courselling, competency mapping for both MS and NMS Employees.
- Ensure zero stoppage of the plant on account of Industrial Relations.
- Motivate, Encourage people participation through 5-S / suggestion scheme / SGAs / Committees, etc., through creating ownership at other senior management level and welfare activities.
- Adhere strictly to all statutory obligations pertaining to Labour Legislations and ensure no penalties are imposed.
- Designing and implementation of all HR processes / plans related to Plant covering People resource planning, People knowledge identification development, People Involvement process, Communication process and rewads & recognition
- Incumbent is responsible for medical and S&F departments activities.
- Lead in carrying out the analysis to get meaningful interpretation for Management's action.
