We have 1 very urgent position in one of the BEST MNC services organisation :

POSITION -- AGM HR & IR - East

BASE LOCATION -- Kolkata

CTC - 15lac to 18lac approx / negotiable for the best fit ; depending upon current CTC.

Reportees : 6 - 8 HRs taking care of various aspects like Recruitment, Payroll, IR, Legal etc.

Span of control : 30 - 40 sites ; approx 700 workforce ( white collar + blue collar / contractual )

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Managing employee life cycle of Regular and Fixed Term Contract (FTC) employees across the region

- Develop regional strategies to bring efficiencies in the HR service delivery system.

- Driving national HR projects on bringing process improvements & efficiency building.

Handling Trade union issues & intervention as & when required with labour department.

- Design and implement attrition control measures through a strong governance model, along with the Operations team to reduce employee turnover in the region, year on year.

- Develop ER/ IR framework for the region, ensure implementation and improvisation of Employee Engagement calendar through regular site visits, employee connect and site manager coaching.

- Effective client management: Develop web of influence with clients and ensure good Customer & Client satisfaction scores on people aspects.

- Managing workforce planning & deployment for the region and pipeline building for key talent

- Responsible for HR scoping during all new client mobilizations and provide comprehensive people solutions to help the - business development team- win more business contracts.

- Managing & Developing Talent through an effective Talent assessment process, focusing on succession planning, leadership development and Top Talent growth.

- Closely work with business to align the organization's strategy to people strategy and further develop frameworks to enhance employee engagement and business growth.

- Business Partnering : Develop and own the HR strategy for business segment and drive HR agenda for the segment by closely working with the segment business head .

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE :- MANUFACTURING / HOTELS/ HOSPITALS / RETAIL / TELECOM / LOGISTICS etc / Relevant industries into IR. ( ex HOTELS/ Hospitals / retail / telecom / logistics experience will be fine as well ).

Ideal Experience: 10 - 15 years approx.

Age : 35 to 39 years approx.

- Strong IR / Trade union handling background is mandatory.
