To Support the plant HR-Head in maintaining good Industrial Relations.
IR Related
- Dealing with Union Officials, handling of employees grievances and maintain Suitably and fitting for Industrial Relations with union, workers & Contract labors.
- Handling Wage negations and settlements / Dealing with CMA agreements.
- Handling compliances as per labor laws / Statutory Compliance.
- Evolving suitable HRD, IR, and Labour Policies and to implement accordingly.
- Handling disciplinary actions and procedures and Attending the conciliation before conciliation officers
- Liaison with Govt. Agencies Officials.
- Bi-Partite and Tripartite Settlements with Trade Unions including an increase in workload and reduction in manpower in various departments.
- Supervise the works of the subordinates from time to time.
- Knowledge of Time Office duties, Salary & Compensation benefits.
- Any other job assigned by superior as and when required.

Qualification: MSW or MBA with LLB (Regular)
Experience: 16 to 20 years from manufacturing Industry,
Age limit : 40 to 48 Years
