The person would heading HR functions and would report to CEO / Business Head.

The brief JD of the position includes following:
- Entire Life Cycle management of Employees right from Entry to Exit.
- Employee Engagement
- PMS
- Ensuring timely quality talent acquisition.
- HR Budget & Employee P&L
- Ensuring all statutory compliances are in place.
- The profile is of HR Business Partner
