AGM - HR Manager - Manufacturing (10-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage generalist responsibilities including onboarding of new hires, employee relations, and people metrics/reporting, partnering with business leaders on HR and business needs and special projects.
- Ensure timely and smooth completion of annual PREP (Performance management process) cycle across locations
- Effectively handle the Performance Management Cycle for the responsible functions including recommending compensation corrections & promotions.
- Manage recruitment life-cycle which includes understanding and aligning with business specifications, providing timely and appropriate feedback to all involved in the interviewing process and ensuring closing of the position.
- Partner with line managers & business heads to retain and keep the high performers & critical team members engaged.
Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA in HR from a reputed Institute
- Experience: 10-12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles
- Sound knowledge of a broad range of HR areas including sourcing, performance, reward, learning & development Ability to build strong, positive relationships and networks across the organization
