Must know linear programming, CPM Pert Chart)   - Leadership, Administrative & Management (will be the de facto number 2 in the plant and hence has to have the weight & the ability, patience & sustained persistence to monitor progress and manage team & customers)  - Communication (Verbal & Written) keeping in mind that all customers are best in class global players!
