Job Position :
Our client is a leading Business conglomerate having verticals i.e. Banking & Finance, shared services-Marketing & manufacturing.The position would be based in Noida
- Implement recruitment strategies identified to consolidate commitment to acquire and develop a diverse workforce.
- Strong ability to manage large team and derive results from team spread in multiple geography
- Demonstrated ability in managing end to end vendor management
- Attend career fairs and other community and professional recruitment events to pipeline talent.
- Utilize a variety of resources to source candidates: job boards, creative online searches, social media, internal job posting site, campus and employee referral program.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate applicants and refer qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
- Compile reports, Recruitment Dash boards make recommendations on continuous improvement efforts and track effectiveness of sourcing methods.
- Assist in meeting talent acquisition metrics including cost per hire, offer to joining ratio, time to fill, and diversity.
- Ability to smile under pressure
- Perform other duties as assigned.
