AGM/GM Marketing - Pharma Industry (10-20 yrs)
Graduate (Science) and post post graduates preferably science back ground having experience or responsible for :
- Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
- Manage Product launches.
- Identifying new customers.
- Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
- Creating promotions with advertising managers.
- Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
- Actively organized scientific events, CME's and brand building activities
- Competitor analysis and drafting of technical literature's
- Prowess in market analysis & brand performance tracking
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Building brand awareness and positioning.
- Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Communicating the marketing plan.
- Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
- Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
- Evaluating competitors.
- Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
- Experience in Derma / Gynae or both is preferred or advantageous
The role will require to take care of Domestic Market business with a team of 2-3 people.
