AGM/GM - Business Development/Sales - Interiors - Real Estate (8-12 yrs)
A reputed Real Estate Company in Chennai is extending its arm in Interior space and is looking for a AGM/GM level candidates with specialzation Interior Sales/Design. Requires Business Development experience of 8 to 15 years.
The location is Chennai.
Opportunity is to set up their entire Business Sales team and Business Model/Revenue prospects
Job Description:
Proven sales and/or design experience
- Ability to dedicate yourself to providing each customer with quality services so we are their first choice to purchase home furnishings.
- Effective communication skills to establish a trusted working relationship with clients
- Demonstrates a high level of creativity and organization.
- Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Goal oriented and motivated with a desire to succeed. Drives performance towards outstanding results.
- Clearly communicates and effectively listens to clients wants, needs and desires.
- Pursues work with insatiable energy and drive.
- Sunday working required, one day weekly off can be opted.
Qualification- BE Civil/Architect with specialization in Interior Designing
MBA- Sales & Marketing
Salary offered: 10 - 14 LPA
