Hiring for AGM/GM - Sales and Marketing for a diversified group dealing in Dairy products

Budget - upto 50 lpa

Experience - Min 15 years

Roles and responsibilities :

1. Complete ownership of P&L for the region

2. Manage the new product launches in the segment of Dairy products

3. Rollout and handle the exiting business and new area development with the team and responsible for the 100cr turn over annually.

4. Responsible for adherence of the SOP in market for business partner and associates. Potential mapping, Snap survey, Selection of business partners, execution of plans, monitoring the performance. Execution of TOT and responsible for the achievement of desired result in time frame.

5. Preparing marketing plan and planning to achieve the ABP number and activation of brand through various tools

6 Handle a team of approx. 20 people for the entire zone
