AGM/General Manager - Project Development - Solar/Wind Energy Industry (15-24 yrs)
POSITION WILL BE BASED IN HYDERABAD/MUMBAI AS PER THE CANDIDATES PREFERENCE
SHOULD BE FROM SOLAR/WIND ENERGY INDUSTRY :
a) Responsible for project development of utility scale solar power projects from conceptualization to execution including understanding of state policies including solar policy, state utility, land availability, solar generation, land survey/selection, processing of land due diligence, land acquisition, technical requirements, permits & approvals, vendor development, project stage inspections, commissioning of projects etc.
b) To develop multiple solar power project in the state, ensure execution of projects within time a budgeted parameters.
c) Providing required support to Business Development / Commercial Team for understanding state policies, land availability / price, project cost etc to participate into tender
Required Skills :
1. Experience in project development activities for utility scale solar power projects for renowned solar power developer in the Maharashtra state.
2. Expertise in development of solar PV Power plant of utility scale of atleast two project of cumulative capacity 20MW above in Maharashtra state.
3. Understanding of land availability, land document, familiar of land DD process
4. Understanding of current market scenario about solar development, tariff, EPC costing, new technology etc.
5. Possess strong leadership qualities, managerial, communication & inter personal skills
