- Define, recruit and structure a direct sales organization to be based in metros to drive field sales initiatives.
- Define and track performance management across all roles in the direct sales organization.
- Own revenue, market share and P&L goals with focus on sales efficiency, reduced cost of acquisitions and collections.
- Continually assess conversion rates, qualification process, team structure, compensation plans to focus on increased revenue growth.
- Attract, enable and retain a highly motivated sales organization that prides on achieving targets and earning their incentives consistently.
