AGM - Finance/Plant Finance Head - CA - Manufacturing/Automotive

Purpose of the role :

Planning, implementing, managing and controlling all accounting & auditing activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, asset management, compliance, handling statutory audit & internal audit etc

Key Responsibilities

- Hands on experience on consolidation of financials having multiple units & subsidiaries

- Preparation and finalization of quarterly / annual financials as per listing clause and responsible for completing audit of both internal, statutory

- Preparation of various periodical MIS for the Company and also monitoring Internal Financial Controls of the Company

- Formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.

- Ensure accurate recording and accounting in SAP and timely monthly closure and preparing financials for monthly review

- Supervising and ensuring correctness of statutory books of accounts, fixed asset register, Bank Reconciliation, Party # Reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time/accuracy norms with help of shared services center

- Provides financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets, forecast and advice to management

- Monitoring of the Actual Performance with the Budget/ Forecasts. Evaluation of capex proposals, pay back, IRR etc., and advice Management

Preferred candidate profile :

- Should be a CA and 15 Years in F&A in a manufacturing set-up preferably handled listed company accounts with Corporate experience.

- Conceptual knowledge of Accounting Standards IND GAAP/ IndAS and F&A activities in SAP
