We have urgent opening in one of our reputed pharma manufacturing Industry at Hyderabad, and they are looking for AGM-Finance & Credit Control

CA with 10-15 years exp,

Age:38-43 years

Expertise in Accounting standards - Indian GAAP and IFRS

Excellent Analytical Skills, organised and detailed-oriented

Good knowledge on various laws - Companies Act, Labor laws, FEMA etc.

Understand quickly business and technical aspects

Project management skills with a capacity to influence the people and the organisation

Should be a Chartered Accountant and/or Cost Accountant and/or CIA

Should have at least 5-7 years in manufacturing industry or in BIG 4 consulting firms

Good interpersonal skills, can-do attitude and diplomacy

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Excellent Analytical Skills, organised and detailed-oriented

Understand quickly business and technical aspects

Project management skills with a capacity to influence the people and the organisation

Should be a Chartered Accountant

Good interpersonal skills, can-do attitude and diplomacy

Daily Cash tracker and funds monitoring

CMA data and interact with Banks for LC's/BG/ FX payments

Support DGM (F&A) in monthly/ yearly closures

Support in entering data in Magnitude

Credit control and weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports on DSO and other related sales reports

Interaction with HQ ( Group Credit Controller) on the same

Guide implementing Systems and Processes across the business functions

Support in Internal Audits/ External Audits

Support in monthly closures/yearly closures and Group closures

Train the employees in relevant processes

Timely reporting on the MIS/ Audit observations

Suggest and implement continuous improvement in the systems and processes

Keep abreast with latest developments and enhance processes

Add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of Treasury/ Banking and Credit Control. Act as an objective professional with a deep knowledge of Finance and accounting procedures and a sound judgment to ensure validity and reliability of all processes. Statutory Auditors - For controls and compliances

Internal Auditors - For working along with the audit program/ replies to audit observations.

Salary range: 14 - 16 LPA
