AGM - Finance/Budgeting/MIS & Costing - Manufacturing/Auto (15-19 yrs)
- Team leader role in overall MIS, Budgeting & Controlling through FM and Product costing/Material accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall responsibility of MIS, Budgeting and Costing
- Timely circulation of divisional report related to MIS & Budget
- Support the R&D team in timely reporting of Project MIS, Budget etc.
- Statutory Audit/Internal Audit and Cost Audit.
- Consolidation of MIS/Budgets/Financial Reports/Quarterly financial results for Plant and Company as a whole.
- Benchmarking /Analysis of costs and suggest avenues for cost reductions
- Product costing of existing and new products / Preparation of Business cases for new ventures.
- Coordination with Plant/ Marketing / Regional teams/HO and other plants.
- Robust internal control.
Candidate :
- Should be ICWA/CMA with 15-18 years of experience in a manufacturing organisation, preferably in Auto sector.
- Good accounting knowledge.
- Good knowledge of relevant subject matter of Costing, Budgeting and MIS
- SAP Competency, MS Office proficiency.
- Good Interpersonal and influencing Skills.
- Analytical, leadership, team management skills,
- Business oriented and customer centric approach
- Laisoning with Statutory Bodies
