Note: F&A Transitions Experience can only apply.
Core Skill: Transition Management and Project Management
Looking for Transition Managers with 12 to 18 years of experience fulfilling the below criteria:
The resource should have experience of handling large scale Transition in the range of 100 - 300 FTEs, Global F&A, multi tower deal.
Domain experience in P2P/O2C/ R2R is mandatory
Minimum 5+ years of experience in transition. Should have handled core End to End transition management
Lead the off-shore effort to provide timely, high quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)
PMP certification will be an added advantage
Knowledge of six sigma tools and methodology will be an added advantage.
Candidates from 3rd party only preferred. NO Captive Leaders.
