Job Purpose : Key purpose of this role is to ensure an extremely positive end-user/customer engagement and experience for properties Pan India. The ground requirement of the role would entail extensive experience in events planning and executing multi-faceted, integrated events (in- person, hybrid, virtual). Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills and build customer relations. Primary Responsibilities : - Building customer relations by understanding their needs and tailoring & organizing events in the properties accordingly. - Planning and executing calendarized events throughout the year. - Creating positive energy and buzz via the events thereby promoting the properties. - Effectively execute End-user communication and feedback. - Market and communication of the events on various platforms including social media, App etc. Post-events reports. - Constantly innovate and raise the bar for various events. - Manage end to end budgeting and payments. - Vendor Management. Educational Qualification: - Advanced degree in Marketing/Communications Work Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience - Experience of working with an event management firm or similar profile is preferable - Knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape - Strong social media skills - Ability to communicate and converse with specific target audiences - Capability of strategizing as well as implementing independently - Adherence to company safety standards and policies Skills Required: - Self-starter, outcome oriented, high energy and comfortable working as an individual contributor - Exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written) - Confident communicator with strong analytical and project/budget management skills - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills - Knowledge of branding and design principles - Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure
