PURPOSE:

- The position aims to ensure preparation of business plans and policies, support digital transformation, facilitate the decision support system for business decisions, whilst working with Vice Chairman Office

RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but not limited to)

- Preparation of business plans - Compilation of business imperatives for preparing short, medium, and long-term business Plan.

- Project Management - As a project manager, you play an important role in leading a project through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion.

- Digital Transformation- Working closely with the Group Digital teams to support and review progress of Digital Transformation as per the roadmap.

- Co-ordinate on production releases and roll-outs, delegate tasks to the necessary employees and present projects' progress and results.

- Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.

- Identify problems, evaluate trends and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- MBA in IT or Information Systems or Graduate in IT with MBA in any discipline, from Tier 1 institute with 2- 4 years of experience.

- Good business acumen and analytical skills.

- Understands technology

- Good understanding of technology domain.

- Strong Excel and presentation skills.
