- Hiring for a mid management "Tech Product" Manager, with a hands on product experience of 8-12 years.
- The best suited incumbent would have been a hands on software engineer in his early years & then transitioned into a product management role.
- You will be the single GO TO Product advocate for internal developers, software engineers, product developers, app developers; across the entire software engineering setup in the company. Our client is one of the leading, mobile first ecommerce platforms in the country.
- This is an individual contributor role, with a high tech & product orientation.
Some key requirements for the role : -
- Define solutions for improving Developer Experience and drive adoption across all teams
- Define acceptable industry benchmark app-vitals and drive implementation
Expectations:
- Improve Developer experience and help developers be successful on the platform
- Managing the Developer Relations and the Developer Community
- Closely work with all Product & Technology teams, dive deep to identify their pain points and solve platform level limitations
- Program Management: designing, implementing and driving adoption of highly scalable technology solutions and features.
- Drive continuous improvement, performance engineering, experimentation and platform level innovation.

- Frontend/Full-Stack Developer transitioned into a Technical Product Manager and built a platform as a product
- Experience in native and web apps development
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment in a consumer-internet company

Education Requirements : Btech/ MTech/ MCA from a Tier 1/2 Engineering school or equivalent
