Work ranges from pure strategy initiatives and incubating and driving new business lines of Student Housing & Experion Developers Projects . It Includes: Portfolio assessments including demand/supply modeling & projections for our key markets that drives land acquisition, geographic expansion, product innovation. a) Partner search and setting up strategic alliances across functions. Conduct feasibility for new businesses, markets or land acquisitions. Responsible for Technical Due Diligence of new proposals to identify risks and work on mitigation strategies. b) Coordinating with relevant functions to complete due diligence - Land Title Report, Liaison, Corporate, Finance, Design & Structures. c) Assessing values and preparing management sign off for the new deals under consideration. d) Formulating business plans & ensuring adherence to financial objectives by optimizing project's performance. e) Responsible for new launches in coordination with all the functional teams and key stake holders. f) End to end management of a project, beginning at deal evaluation and finishing at customer handover. g) Operational effectiveness projects, with selected departments being chosen each year for transformational activities. h) Process improvement through technology and strategic procurement initiatives.
