KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Liasioning

- Effective dialogue with the relevant ministries, government authorities and agencies to influence policy matters and to obtain information.

- Accompany senior management/promoters/business leaders in attending key meetings at industry forums, regulatory bodies, funding and institutional agencies, etc.

- Undertake initiatives with central and state governing bodies, agencies, forums to facilitate policies that help the organization and industry overall.

- Gather market intelligence, key information of most recent developments on various initiatives across the industry (Green Fuels) and help organization build

Relationship

- Effective relationship with relevant government bodies, agencies, institutions at central and state level and specific to Renewable Energy, Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia (Green Fuels.

- Active participation as key member in various private and government forums to drive Green Ammonia Policy at central and state level.

- Represent Organization and its position in terms of policy advocacy at various forums where regulatory bodies seek inputs from stakeholders.

Internal & External Stakeholder

- Propose framework and proposals (around incentives, tax benefits, production credits, funding strategies, etc.) that help the Organization and Industry for discussions with key authorities at central and state level.

- Alignment with the Business Leaders/Management of the organization to understand short-term and long-term business goals and objectives of the Organization.

- Guide internal teams on various policy initiatives, provide inputs on timelines that are required by the team members for preparing business plans.

- Preparation of Trend analysis and status papers

- Possess strong communication and networking skills with relevant industry experts, ministries, regulatory authorities, funding agencies, etc.

- Expertise in drafting/writing policies in renewable energy sector and green fuels industry

- Action- and result-oriented, strong business acumen, competitive mindset.

- Driven, a high level of energy and commitment.

- Strong customer orientation.

Critical Aspects :

- Candidate should have good relationship & network in Energy Ministry (Green Energy or Oil and Gas Industry), MNRE, Niti Aayog, India Hydrogen Mission and any forum related to Green Energy.
