- Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development - To identify and evaluate potential suppliers in order to achieve effective acquisition

- Developing Alternate Sources - To identify and develop alternate sources for major equipment supplied by FLS, LNVT Loesche and other OEM suppliers, to achieve cost effective acquisition without affecting quality and delivery lead time

- Sharing RFQ's and preparation of Comparative Cost Analysis for the purpose of Techno-Commercial Negotiations.

- Finalization of Contracts and Contract Documentation.

- Project Management - To coordinate with EPC suppliers and project team to expedite the delivery of all project deliverables at right time to achieve the target.

- Monitoring and scheduling Of Project Equipment. Co-ordination with all Stakeholders.
