AGM/DGM - Project Management - Bulk Drugs - API

Position: AGM/DGM-PROJECT MANAGEMENT (Lead PM department)- Female preferred

MSc (Organic / Analytical Chemistry) with 15 - 20 years of Experience.

Certification in PMP would be an added advantage

Job Location : Visakhapatnam,

- Streamline and strengthen PM methodology to maximize efficiency (processes, tools, templates, meetings)

- Overall accountable for delivering customer projects in time, in full, in quality and in cost

- In line with global direction, priorities and development

- Manage departmental budget

- Manage local project portfolio

- Have overview on overall project status and occurring issues, anticipate and escalate timely

- To prepare detailed program charter (Project Scope), tracker of activities / milestones, completion date etc.

- Develop project plans management, Risk mitigation plan and stakeholder analysis, making project charter and project closure report.

- Align project portfolio within project management team

- Act as liaison with your peers to improve project performance

- Track and forecast project related revenue generating activities

- Cooperate with sales in building a long-term relationship with the customer,

- Champion Continuous Improvement. Drive CI for business processes in support of team

- Identify and participate/drive business improvement programs

- Operate product cost management and product cost improvement realization in case of repeat campaigns

- Support establishment of a common customer experience throughout company

- Customer Engagement & Key Account Management. Assist the business unit in Market research activities.

Presales activities:

- Ensuring RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, responded to in stipulated time

- Coach, develop and guide the local PM-team

- Follow up and coach project managers towards on time, in full, in cost, in quality delivery

- Develop, engage an industry leading PMO. Staffing of the PM-team together with relevant stakeholders

Key relationships/interactions:

Customers - Engages in BRMs to review business performance

RLTs (Regional Leadership Team) - Support global head to align on PM vision with MTP (Mid Term Plan) vision

DLT - Actively engages in monthly business reviews

Reporting line into global head of PM, dotted reporting line into Head of Operations / CEO at VTZ
