AGM/DGM - Payer Operations - Healthcare/BPO (12-18 yrs)
Role, Duties and Responsibilities
- Define the Automation strategy and roadmap. Act as a leader for Automation projects.
- Play a key leadership role, managing & leading a service line end to end
- Responsible for planning and execution throughout the implementation life-cycle, collaborating with the Corporate Business Transformation team and Business/ Operations leads to support delivery
- Align delivery with account's - Efficiency Gains/ Savings Commitment- goal and strategize to deliver
- Generate business impact/ client value adds through Continual Improvement initiatives or transformational thought process
- Support strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups and identify and deliver on key strategic high impact transformation and improvement projects
- Implement strong governance to address Operations Quality and Improvement projects and initiatives
- Support all other Business Excellence initiatives e.g. CSAT/ Internal Customer Satisfaction (ICSAT), Operation Self- Assessments (Health checks), etc.
