AGM/DGM - MIS & Financial Control - Infra (10-15 yrs)
CA with 10-15 years experience preferably from Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction background.
Age between 35-40 years.
Major accountabilities would be :
- Ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas / Performance variance / Collecting MIS from all verticals
- Compile key business metrics and report on them to management
- Participate in target costing activities to create products that meet predetermined price goals
- Review co. bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall co. throughput
- Interpret co.'s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
- Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
- Verifying operational efficiency levels and recommending internal control measures for improvement in accounting process
- Preparation and consolidation of monthly operating report and revenue budget
- Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management
- Flow projection and variance analysis for assisting top management in decision making.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, internal audit systems including general accepted accounting principles, knowledge of financial and accounting software applications and ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
