MOUs, Property documents, lease agreements, etc.Preparing Writ Petitions, Plaints, Case Papers, Appeals, Counter Affidavits, etc. for submission/pleadings for various legal proceedings  Litigation: Appearing before Governmental and quasi-judicial authorities. Evolving litigation strategies. Liaisoning with Solicitors and Advocates. Litigation Management, preparation of brief conferencing with the advocates, attending court cases in an effective way.Handling of all revenue, civil, criminal, indirect taxation matters & IPR matters of the organization. Complete approval and compliance management for the projects.Customer Service relating to legal documentation  Commercial Documentation experience  Vetting: To ensure that all legal issues referred for advice, agreements & deeds for creation/vetting are taken maximum care in the light of prevailing facts & laws. Conduct due diligence.
