AGM / DGM-Legal, Bangalore : LLB with 10 years experience. A. He will be the first point of contact for all legal issues arising in any other department and/or in the sites. B. Should have relevant experience of more than 10 years in the Real Estate Sector. C. Should be capable of leading Due Diligence of Land and DRCs independently. D. Should be capable of handling litigations and briefing counsels E. Should be able to devise legal strategy vis a vis litigations and other commercial negotiations F. Should have exposure to RERA compliance G. Should be capable of handling interactions with Police Station, BDA, BBMP and other regulatory authorities as and when necessary. H. Should have excellent drafting skills and good understanding of procedural law and real estate laws of Karnataka. I. Should be capable of allocating the work fairly and transparently within the team and extract the best out of each team member.
