Manpower Resources India Pvt. Ltd is a leading Executive Search & Selection company which caters to recruitment services in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Engineering & Healthcare domain.

We have been mandated by a Indian MNC in Steel & Metal business for the below mentioned position.

Position Name: AGM/DGM Learning & Development

Job Location: East India

Qualification- MBA or Equivalent.

Experience: 10 to 15 Years.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategies, create plans, mobilize resources and lead effective execution to drive performance and growth of Company as a Profit Centre with the reputation of being a preferred Centre of Excellence in Learning and Development.

2. Design and provide training / learning services and solutions world-wide in the domain of Behavioural, Managerial, Leadership and Functional Skills (Sales, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology & Innovation) so that internally within the organization and across client organizations served employees are equipped with the capabilities required to deliver sustained business results, there is adequate leadership capacity available at all managerial levels and the organization is enabled to become more agile.

Key Job responsibilities :

- Lead assessment of organizational and people development needs, and identify capability gaps vis-a-vis business objectives (current and future), aligned with a future-ready organization.

- Provide direction and monitor implementation of the entire learning & development cycle - from need identification to definition of learning objectives to design, development and delivery of programs / interventions to effectiveness evaluation

- Establish, review and enhance leadership development framework and processes; Ensure behavior capability development at all levels, including enabling the adoption of Agile Behaviors.

- Facilitate Organizational development through effective strategies, instruments, tools, and latest methods on OD and build internal HR capability to conceptualize and deliver HR initiatives/projects

- Manage human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance
