AGM/DGM/Lead - Learning & Development - APAC (8-12 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead and manage a (virtual) team of Learning Advisors and ensure all aspects of the people management cycle are met for the team (i.e. Coaching, 1-to-1 meetings, Mid & End of Year reviews, PDP etc.). Provide direction and guidance to ensure team priorities & goals are met and bundle activities and capacity wherever possible

- As key player of the learning community, you lead on the design and steering of global initiatives, leveraging existing resources and stakeholders in line with the business, HR strategy and the AllianzU priorities

- Deliver and execute implementation of non-functional learning & development initiatives at regional hub level with subject matter expertise on the legislative and other requirements across the countries in your market

- Oversee the process of identifying learning needs within the respective Business Units in your region and match business needs and targets with learning & development solutions.

- Partner with the global L&D team on the design and development of the required local and/regional learning& development solutions, to leverage the offering to all employees across the company.

- Lead strategic workforce planning upskilling and upskilling strategy for one function/LoB globally and roll-out the plan with key stakeholders

- Proactively engage with regional & functional partners and HRBPs to support & drive local, regional and/or global learning & development initiatives, including strategic planning, forecasting, and end-to-end program management.

- Facilitate learning programs and build train the trainers capability .

- Ensure that we deliver a great and unique employee & learning experience through innovative & best-in-class solutions.

- Engage and manage regional/local and global vendor partnerships.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning & development programs, demonstrating an impact for implemented Programs

- Keep up-to-date with the latest learning & development trends & practices and their effectiveness

- Implement AZU process (LMS, evaluation, reporting)
