Investor Relations- - Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework - Develop investors and analysts- confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value - Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties - Manage equity research and investor relationships - Provide insights and analysis on market activity and present them to the management - Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, industry dynamics and trends impacting business and investors - Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly and annual earnings and conference calls/ meetings, Annual General Meetings - Work with legal team to ensure compliance on regulatory matters related to listing regulations Corporate Communications : - The position will include corporate communications activity primarily focusing on communication to provide existing / potential investors and press / media with an accurate portrayal of the Company's performance and prospects - Manage corporate website as per the best practice
