AGM/DGM - Human Resource - Manufacturing (16-26 yrs)

Job Description :

1. Reports to the Director

2. Utilizes experience and skill set in sourcing and short-listing the pool of Candidates falling in line with Company philosophy and values.

3. Uses his third eye to read the mind of interviewee and understand between the lines; and accordingly shortlists and recommends for 2nd round/ subsequent rounds.

4. Identifies bottlenecks beforehand and brings in manpower solutions before the problem substantiate.

5. Develop Channels by establishing contact and developing relationships with Manpower providers (more than often non-traditional); provides recommendations for suitable & reliable agencies/ channels/ providers.

6. Submits reports as asked by the Director by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

7. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards as per HR policy; amend the HR policy from time to time according to the need of the hour but without any deviation from philosophy and values of the Company.

8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; appreciates the team/ individual at their/ his achievement; ensures that the credit goes to the deserving

9. Prepare, maintain & evaluate KRAs and KPIs of Team members; Maintain files of each Individual.

10. Assist the Management in deciding appraisals, increments, grievance handling etc. for team members.

11. To follow the policies of the company so to increase the goodwill of the Company

1. Excellent Communication (English & Hindi) & Interview skills

2. Good eye for visualization and good nose for smelling the quality, behavior and character in the opposite chair.

3. Receptive, Responsive and Answerable.

4. Gathering, analyzing and interpreting intelligence

5. Target oriented & Unsupervised performance

6. Presentation & Prospecting skills, Creativity

7. Planning & Meeting the goals

8. Open to Travel at short notice within and outside India

9. Self-Motivated and open to accept challenges

10. Having potential to become General Manager-HR for the Group i.e. able to do the work independently without supervision in 2 years is desirable. Positive & Problem Solving Attitude towards all situations is essential.

11. Having Passport to travel overseas is desirable.
