Job Responsibilities:  - Oversee daily operations of HR Shared Services Team, file room and data processing while working closely with the HR Generalist teams.  - Provide sound interpretation and application of HR policies applying a broad base of human resources knowledge, judgement and initiative.  - Develop and implement productivity standards and monitoring to ensure business objectives and service targets are met.  - Support and/or lead special projects as directed.  - Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and assessing staff performance.  - A minimum of 10 years related experience required with at least 2 years managing people preferred.  Strong WORKDAY HRIS system experience mandatory.
