Designation : AGM/DGM; 

Reporting to : Vice President - Finance

Industry : Pharmaceutical/Chemical industries

Qualification : Chartered Accountant /ICWA

Age : 44-50 years

Skills :

- Expert knowledge of and proven experience in handling complex costing interventions

- Proven experience in managing and developing a large team of finance professionals in MNC environment

- Working experience on accounting software like Oracle or SAP

- Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point

Key responsibilities of the Role :

Product costing :

- Understanding of API or Formulation manufacturing process

- Understanding yield computations of raw material

- Updating BOM or regular basis

- Handling cost audit

- Overhead absorption

Monthly analysis :

- Inventory valuation and provisioning

- Ageing analysis

- RM Purchase price variance

- Review of Yield variance

- Run material ledger

- Expert knowledge of SAP (MUST)

- Gross margin analysis

Accounting :

- Plant Accounts payable

- Duty drawback

- Excise duty reco

- Rule 6 Rule 7 reversals

- Understanding excise duty structure

- Handling Inter Unit billing and duty payments (DTA-SEZ and vice versa)

Process :

- Control over CMO operations

- Control over P2P and LL operations
