Job Description

- Experience managing distributors and implementing key business initiatives.

- Atleast 12+ year experience (min 3 years in Sports Nutrition focused industries), preferably in health foods & supplements.

- Translate business strategy/plans into financial/ bottom-line impact through effective overseeing and supervision of Sales and of plants in coordination with the Plant Heads.

- Ensure growth of sports nutrition division- Market Share; Penetration; Distribution Channel; Online platform, Geographies as well as profits.

- Ensure product quality and cost effectiveness of the entire product line of gym supplements.

- Indirect responsibility to strengthen brand recall of all the products.

- Provide guidance in establishing and deploying service level agreements with various vendors and various internal and external service providers.

- Scan the environment to map customer requirements, segment markets and assist the MD/CEO in customizing offering accordingly.

- Ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.

- Ensure accurate and periodic demand and production planning by involving the necessary teams.

- Support new product development initiatives (esp. for own category) in the organization.

- Ensure attraction and retention of critical skill sets required to achieve current and future business objectives.

- Retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high performance team.

- Drive ATL/BTL campaigns and align the Regional Managers/ Distributors efforts to improve Tertiary sales.

- Worked closely with marketing team to leverage the International Brand Equity.

Performance measures/ Key Result Area

- Revenue growth and profitability ?for each Product category.

- Market share; Penetration; and development of distribution network for target geographies.

- Brand recall/ effectiveness of marketing/ branding campaigns.

Desired Profile :

- Post Graduate (MBA / PGDBM)

- Good Communication Skills and Personality

- Passionate about sports, health and fitness and familiar with sports nutrition supplementation

Budget :Rs. 1,25,000 ? 250,000/- pm + TA-DA
