Role : Consumer Insight Head (India + International)

Experience: 8 to 14 Yrs.
Reporting to : Management
Reportees: 10. (Candidate must have leadership capability).
JOB PURPOSE:
- To provide actionable consumer insights that inspire superior product development and drive superior brand strategies.
- Lead all in house research activities for existing and new products from their inception to execution
- Manage both qualitative and quantitative research projects by collaborating with external research agencies from briefing to report presentation stage
- Act as an efficient and effective link between external stakeholders (Consumer) and internal stakeholders (R & D, Marketing)
- Provide strategic consumer insights to help senior management make informed decisions and build strategies for business development
- To develop a high performance consumer research team.
- To deal with external agencies.

Position budget : 25 to 32L per annum including variable pay.
