AGM/DGM/GM - City Business Manager - Healthcare (10-15 yrs)
A Premier Healthcare Organisation (With over 200 Homeopathy Clinics & A Fast growing FMCG Products Business), focused on it's Core Purpose of 'Creating Happiness through Good Health' is looking for a smart, bright & values-based professional as City Business Manager [3 positions, 1 each for Delhi, Bangalore & Mumbai].
- Past experience of BTL & Corporate Sales Revenue generation of minimum Rs. 25 lacs across respective markets (i,e. Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai) is a critical requirement for aspiring Candidates.
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Responsible for Business deliverables:
- P&L responsibility of the 15+ Homeopathy Centres & Aesthetic Solutions Business for the city,
- Delivering Sales & Customer Acquisition numbers through Alliances and BTL Sales,
- Deliver high standards of Patient Care / Experience and Medical results / quality,
- Achieving Business Efficiency Metrics through delivering Medical Efficiency / Quality Metrics of the City, in line with the corporate strategy.
Planning & Implementation:
- Responsible for Sales generation, building new customer base and ensuring successful implementation of Sales & Customer Acquisition strategy,
- Coordinate regional Alliances & BTL activities through the Business Development team,
- Responsible for regional marketing activities & building local media relations (in partnership with Corporate Marketing),
- Own Centre Operations & Patient Experience across all touch-points.
Strengthening Business Operations of the Region:
- Leading, managing and taking full accountability of all operational activities of Centres across the City,
- Regular Training, Re-training & Certification for Excellence to ensure better Patient Care / Medical / Operational Efficiencies,
- Working in coordination with the Sr. Medical Mentors for delivering excellent patient experience & medical results / quality,
- Create a supportive, exciting & enriching professional environment for all employees.
Your Preferred Industry Background: Direct Sales, Multi-Level-Marketing, Retail BTL Sales & Alliances - BFSI, Healthcare, etc.
Your Preferred Experience: 10 years - 12 years, with Retail BTL Sales & Alliances background, managing Delhi NCR. Additional Retail Operations & training experience preferred.
