- Work ranges from pure strategy initiatives and incubating and driving new business lines of residential and commercial projects. - Portfolio assessments including demand/supply modeling & projections for our key markets that drives land acquisition, geographic expansion, product innovation. - Partner search and setting up strategic alliances across functions. Conduct feasibilities for new businesses, markets or land acquisitions. - Responsible for Technical Due Diligence of new proposals to identify risks and work on mitigation strategies. - Coordinating with relevant functions to complete due diligence - Land Title Report, Liaison, Corporate, Finance, Design & Structures. - Assessing values and preparing management sign off for the new deals under consideration. - Formulating business plans & ensuring adherence to financial objectives by optimizing project's performance. - Responsible for new launches in coordination with all the functional teams and key stake holders. - End to end management of a project, beginning at deal evaluation and finishing at customer handover. - Operational effectiveness projects, with selected departments being chosen each year for transformational activities. - Process improvement through technology and strategic procurement initiatives.
