AGM / DGM - Finance Vice Chairman's Office


PURPOSE :

- The position aims to ensure preparation of business plans and policies, facilitating the decision support system for business decisions, whilst working in Vice Chairman Office

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to) :

- Preparation of business plans ; Compilation of business imperatives for preparing short, medium, and long-term business Plan.

- Debtors & Sales Management ; Monitor receivable and control pricing pattern, discounts, taxes and duties, cash flows. Ensure MIS on Sales collection and working capital management.

- Finance Transformation ; Working closely with Vice Chairman/Chief of Staff on Finance process and system transformation

- Management Information System ; Presenting business performance through periodic root cause analysis
of gaps in costs, prices, overheads, capex.

- Prepare and evaluate financial analysis for business and assist in investment decisions

- Ensure timely and adequate coverage of internal audit for relevant areas of business.

- Prepare and implement SOPs for financial transactions of foreign transactions related to exports operations

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- MBA and a CA qualified professional with over 4 years of experience.

- Good business acumen and analytical skills.

- Good experience in FP&A

- Strong Excel and presentation skills.
