AGM/DGM - Finance Controller - Appliances/Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing Industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

- Accounting & Audit: Manage accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and internal audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Account Payable: Supervise the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.

- Direct Taxation: Handle direct taxation matters, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting. Liaise with tax authorities and manage tax audits.

- Treasury and Cash Management: Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and investment strategies. Ensure efficient utilization of financial resources and manage liquidity.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics. Analyze variances and provide recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide guidance and support for professional development.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role in the appliances, electrical, or electronics manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and auditing practices.

- Expertise in accounts payable, direct taxation, and treasury management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
