Finance Business Partner - AGM/DGM (Diversity ONLY) - P&L Management with Business Head: - Collaborate with the business head to manage and oversee the P&L account. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive profitability and cost efficiency. - Ensure financial objectives are aligned with business goals and strategies. - Participation in AOP with Business Team: - Engage in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process with the business team. - Contribute to the development of both top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profit) targets. - Ensure the AOP reflects realistic and achievable financial goals. - Regular Inputs on Key Financial Metrics: - Provide ongoing analysis and inputs on key financial metrics, including volume, mix, Net Revenue Value (NRV), cost, and profitability. - Develop and present financial models and forecasts to support business decisions. - Identify and analyze trends to guide strategic planning and operational improvements. - Financial & Operating Performance Review: - Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial and operating performance at various levels, including business-wise, product level, category level, and market level. - Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance and insights to stakeholders. - Highlight areas of concern and recommend corrective actions to improve performance. - Adherence to Finance & Business Control Policies: - Monitor compliance with established finance and business control policies. - Ensure all financial practices adhere to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. - Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and integrity. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support. - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. - Act as a financial advisor to the business, providing guidance on financial implications of business decisions
