AGM/DGM - Finance & Accounts - Textile - CA (12-15 yrs)
Education: Must be a Charted Accountant
Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting - Driving the Financial Accounting, period closing activities and guiding team to ensure timely and accurate closing of Books
- MIS - Prepare / drive the Management Reporting Pack as per requirement for Business Reviews ,Board Meeting and other governing body meetings
- Budgeting - Preparation and analysis of Short Range & Long Range Budgets for the entire group
- Taxation - Managing with consultants, assessments / appeals / litigation
- SOP development and improvement
- Skilled in ensuring adherence to the international financial reporting & IGAAP accounting standards, Corporate Laws, Direct and Indirect Tax Laws with experience of business planning and analysis
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets; abilities in liaising with Banks, Financial Institution (FI), Investors, Corporates and either stakeholders at senior levels for achieving the project finance and working capital requirements of company
- Effective in making annual operating plans and Rolling forecasts; efficient in analysing business performance, provide strategic decision inputs to CFO and formulate future objectives
- Preparation of credit monitoring data for sanction and renewal of working capital and project finance facilities
- Supporting all subsidiaries/unit plants in terms of F&A Function, Audit Facilitation & Management
- Ensuring fulfillment of financial and information covenants by the Lenders
- Attending to timely completion of Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit and other internal and external assessments
- Ensuring tax, statutory and regulatory compliances
- Introduction and monitoring of systems and procedures for internal controls, cost control and credit control
- Monitoring team performances and marshalling resources to focus on key activities
- Assist the CFO and act as the Go-to person for the CFO in terms of Finance Function
