We are looking for AGM/DGM - Finance & Accounts for an engineering client based at Jejuri, Pune.

Job Location : Jejuri, Pune

Corporate Office : Mumbai

Industry : Integrated Steel Fabricator / Engineering

Education : CA / ICWA

Experience : 17+ yrs post qualification

CTC : Standard Industry Hike

Working condition : 8.30 am - 5 pm,; 6 days working with Thursday as weekly off ; Transport is provided

Key Deliverables:

1. Responsible for accurate accounting and analysis of all cost centers by periodic review and control of all plant expenses including conversion cost, lean inventory systems, minimal freight, and reduction in overheads.monthly variance reporting to the management.

2. Experience in implementation of SAP/ERP

3. Improve on costing methods

4. Implement systems and processes including ERP to help increase productivity at all plant levels.

5. Ensure daily operations of the accounting department of monthly, quarterly, and yearly processes, including but not limited to purchase and sales billing, accounts payable, general ledger, capitalization and fixed asset reconciliation leading to closure of any internal audit observations.

6. Comply with all Statutory and Regulatory requirements including but not limited to direct and indirect taxes, GST, Professional Tax, Income tax, and GST refund claims with relevant authorities.
