About Our Client :
- Our client is one of India's largest Telecommunications company. The company has a customer base of over 30 million including overseas retail customers, and ranks among the Top 10 Asian Telecom companies
KRA
- Liaison with MIDC, MSEDCL, pollution control board and other governing bodies in and around Mumbai/Maharashtra.
- Support group relationship team whenever needed.
- Understand the operational dynamics of running a campus and obtain and track all licensing & permit needs.
- Own and drive leases and other permits related to regulatory compliances for all our offices across India.
- Manage landlord and other relationships related to real estate portfolio.
Reporting to - VP Facility & Security
Qualification Required
Graduate/ MBA
Desired Profile
10- 12 Years, having independently liaison for any large Indian house .
Expertise/Experience in dealing with Govt bodies
Fluent in local language
Experience in managing big campus area
