Position: AGM- DGM- Export Marketing
Experience: 8-14 Years in Exports
Qualification: Engineering Graduate with specialization in Textiles or Rubber/ Or other Post Graduate in Marketing who has exact experience. With Good score in education.
Market Experience: Who has personally visited European or US countries.
Hands on experience of dealing with OEM's in any industry
Role:
Customer Relationship:
- Understand Overseas Market/ Customer requirement on Product, Prices, Delivery, Quality, Service etc.
- Communicate the requirement to various processes.
- Resolve Conflicts in delivery, process etc.
- Identify New products for development and customer for developed products (Technical Textile)
Timely Processing of orders:
- Getting technical clearance from technical department.
- Getting the order loaded in the system.
- Interacting with the production / planning & finalize production / dispatch schedule for the orders
- Communicating the tentative delivery schedule to the customers.
- Regular interaction and follow up with the plant for timely execution of order.
Product:
- Identify potential new Industrial fabrics/ textile and plan development of those fabric
- Developing pricing and marketing strategy.
Timely Preparation of Report:
Documentation for the Exports:
- Receivable Management:
- Maintenance of ISO records & handling of customer complaints
New Customer Development:
- Formulate market development plan.
- Identify customers in various geographies.
- Contact customers and appraise them of Organizations capabilities.
- Arrange for meeting for assessment of customer requirements of quality, quantity, delivery and also existing supplier capabilities. Finalize way forward for approval
