Customer Relationship:
- Understand Overseas Market/ Customer requirement on Product, Prices, Delivery, Quality, Service etc.
- Communicate the requirement to various processes.
- Resolve Conflicts in delivery, process, etc.
- Identify New products for development and customer for developed products (Technical Textile, Steel, Structural Steel, Capex, Opex, B2B, OEM Sales)
Timely Processing of orders:
- Getting technical clearance from the technical department.
- Getting the order loaded in the system.
- Interacting with the production/planning & finalize production/dispatch schedule for the orders
- Communicating the tentative delivery schedule to the customers.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with the plant for timely execution of an order.
Product:
- Identify potential new Industrial fabrics/ textile and plan development of that fabric
- Developing pricing and marketing strategy.
Timely Preparation of Report:
Documentation for the Exports:
- Receivable Management:
- Maintenance of ISO records & handling of customer complaints
New Customer Development:
- Formulate market development plan.
- Identify customers in various geographies.
