Role & Responsibilities :


- New Product Development

- Up gradation/Modification of Existing Products

- New Technology platform/ New Raw Materials Development

- Product trial at customer's location

- New Vendor Development for existing raw materials

- Documentation & record keeping on IMS and NABL

- Research and Development of new formulations

- Develop new PU Lamination Adhesive product as per market demand.

- Re-formulate/develop cost competitive PU Lamination Adhesive products/Improvement to present formulations.

- Locate and source new RM for future technology/Utilizing new and more efficient raw materials

- Assisting with customer service based on the query raised by customers

- Study and forecast the market requirement / technology platform.

- Working with customers for new product trials and field technical service

- Research and develop vendors for existing raw materials.

- Evaluates new vendor raw materials

Education:

B.E /B. Tech- Chemical Engg/Polymer Science

M.Sc-Chemistry/ M.Tech - Chemical Engg/Polymer Science

16+ years' experience in PU Adhesive

Technical and Behavioral Skills:
