CANDIDATES FROM CEMENT INDUSTRIES SHALL BE PREFERED
- Should be able to initiate all IR- ER initiatives across all plants and corporate PAN INDIA
- Should have both Plant and Corporate sound experience
- Should be able to intervene and decide for statutory compliances decisionmaker ,Disciplinary actions.
- Industrial Relations / Employee Relations: - Industrial Relations/Disputes / Multiple Union Negotiations / Environmental Health & Safety. Administration of Labour Legislations Factory & Shops & Establishment. Wage settlement, Conciliation, Arbitrations and Domestic Enquiries & Counseling Liaison with Govt. bodies on State & Central level (Lawyers, Police, MIDC, Architects).
- Supervision of all kind of Statutory Compliances, Contract Manpower and its Strategies.
- Well versed with new amendments/ updates/ versions of WAGE CODE/ WAGE LAWS
- Excellent in LABOUR LAWS
- Excellent in Word and Excel- Data Mining
- Very presentable and polished
- Great communicator
Knowledge of tonnage calculation for payments to contract labours
- Can handle large work force and contract labours
- Policies & Strategies: - Design & Review Policies and Processes & its effective implementation for optimal business output. Aligning HR policy to Business strategy via effective HR MIS systems and smart data management.
- Organizing and planning: has the aptitude to prioritize
- Employee Connect & Internal Communication: All IR-ER Initiatives & actions are to be communicating effectively within the organization & support in Managing HR.
