AGM/DGM - Compliance Auditor - Conglomerate

Educational Qualifications - CS/LLB/LLM/Integrated MBL-LLM/MBA-LLM

Relevant Experience:

- 10-15 years

- Exposure to Legal & Secretarial function

- Exposure to working in compliance function of major conglomerate / MNC is preferable.

Job Purpose:

- To ensure effective and comprehensive monitoring of compliance Management process and it's reporting by various BU verticals in Group. Responsible for oversight of Compliance audit to ensure that timely identification / escalation of process gaps, monitoring of risk mitigating controls / actions are carried out at BU levels.

Key Accountabilities: -

1. Support Sector Head in drawing up annual compliance audit plans and execution level planning.

2. Oversee / Lead Periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed(as per the defined guidelines /templates and timelines)

3. Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts and its effectiveness.

4. Monitor closure of reported risks though appropriate management actions on audit observations

5. Monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of BUs to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.

6. Develop proficiency in the compliance monitoring tool (legatrix) and methodologies.

7. Develop BU / industry specific knowledge(aligned to sector's business) of Group Cos. and other relevant domain knowledge, essential for driving monitoring of compliance in Group

8. Drive training / awareness initiatives on Compliance management within Group.
